Dato’ Shamesh a/l Jeevaretnam was appointed to the Board on 8 June 2022 and serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. He also serves as a Chairman of Nomination Committee and is a member of Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company.

Dato’ Shamesh holds a Bachelor of Law (“LLB Hons”) from University of London. He has been in legal practice for more than 20 years and has vast experience in civil and commercial law including handling of human resource and intellectual property issues. He also currently serves as a President of the Housing Tribunal.
