THREE-A RESOURCES BERHAD ("3A" OR "THE COMPANY") - PROPOSED RENEWAL OF SHARE BUY-BACK MANDATE |
The Board of Directors of 3A wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Mandate ("SBB Proposal") at the forthcoming Twenty-Fourth Annual General Meeting.
The relevant documents in relation to the SBB Proposal and Annual Report 2025 setting out the details of the SBB Proposal will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
