The Board of Directors of Three-A Resources Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Shareholders of the Company have unanimously approved all the matters and resolutions inclusive of those resolutions under Special Business stated in the Notice of Meeting together with the notes thereon at its Twelfth Annual General Meeting held on 28 May 2014.
