We refer to the announcement dated 2 July 2010 in respect of the Proposed Private Placement (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of 3A, AmInvestment Bank Berhad, a member of the AmInvestment Bank Group, (“AmInvestment Bank”) wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 6 July 2010, approved the listing of up to 36,960,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.20 each in 3A to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement, representing up to ten percent (10%) of the existing issued and paid-up share capital of 3A.

As at the date of this announcement, the Company has obtained all the relevant approvals required for the Proposed Private Placement.
