Contents	On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”), AmInvestment Bank Berhad, a member of the AmInvestment Bank Group (“AmInvestment Bank”) is pleased to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a proposed private placement of new ordinary shares of RM0.20 each in the Company (“3A Shares”) (“Placement Shares”) of up to 36,960,000 Placement Shares, representing up to ten percent (10%) of the existing issued and paid-up share capital of 3A (“Proposed Private Placement”).
