The Board of Directors of Three-A Resources Berhad ("the Company") wishes to refer to the Article published to-day by New Straits Time with regards to information on the Company. The Company wishes to clarify that the statement appearing on 1st line of 5th paragraph in relation to the recent land purchase of about 1.2 ha near its existing factory in Sungei Buloh, Selangor for RM5 million is incorrect. The land was purchased on 13 February 2008 comprising an area of approximately 43,560 sq ft at the cost of RM1.9 million.

The Company also wishes to clarify that about 30% of the Group's revenue is contributed by exports to 26 countries and not 46 countries as indicated in the said Article.
