The Board of Directors of Three-A Resources Berhad ("the Company") wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval at the forthcoming seventh Annual General Meeting ("AGM") in respect of the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("RRPT")

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 13 May 2008, the shareholders of the Company had granted the mandate for the Company to enter into RRPT which will expire at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM. The proposed renewal of the mandate will, if approved, continue to be in force from the passing of the relevant resolution at the forthcoming AGM until the next AGM in 2010.

The circular to shareholders containing details of the RRPT will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
