Contents	We refer to the above-captioned, and the earlier announcement made on 29 May 2008 in relation the Bonus Issue. On behalf of the Board of Directors of TARB (“Board”), OSK Investment Bank Berhad (“OSK”) is pleased to announce that based on the Company’s issued and paid-up share capital of 192,500,012 ordinary shares of RM0.20 each (“Shares”) as at 13 June 2008 (being the ex-date for the Bonus Issue), an additional 115,500,007 new Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 18 June 2008.
