We refer to the announcements made by OSK Investment Bank Berhad (“OSK”) on behalf of the Board of Directors of Three-A Resources Berhad (“Board”) on 13 March 2008 and 31 March 2008.

On behalf of the Board , OSK wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had, vide its letter dated 9 April 2008, approved in-principle the listing of and quotation for 115,500,007 new ordinary shares of RM0.20 each to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue.
An Extraordinary General Meeting will be convened in due course to seek shareholders’ approval on the Proposals.
