Contents	On behalf of the Board of Directors of TARB, OSK Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as OSK Securities Berhad) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to implement a private placement of up to 17,500,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.20 each in TARB, representing not more than ten percent (10%) of the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company, to investors to be identified later (“Proposed Private Placement”).
