Remarks :

1. This is the first report by the Company as such there are no comparitives. Prior to year 2002 the Company was dormant.

2. The subsidiary, San Soon Seng Food Industries (179092-H) was acquired on 30 April 2002. Only Post Acquisition results are disclosed.

3. As at 30 June 2002 the paid-up capital of the Company was RM 20,100,002.00 divided into 100,500,010 Ordinary Shares of RM 0.20 each.
