The Board of Directors of Three-A Resources Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to inform the Exchange that its wholly-owned subsidiary, San Soon Seng Food Industries Sdn. Bhd., has :

• increased its authorized share capital from RM150.0 million to RM200.0 million and
• increased its issued and paid up share capital from RM112,232,942 to RM133,000,000 by way of allotment of 20,767,058 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each fully paid up.
