TENTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Board of Directors of Three-A Resources Berhad is pleased to announce that at the Tenth Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 18 April 2012 at 11.00 a.m., the shareholders of the Company have unanimously approved all the matters and resolutions inclusive of those resolutions under Special Business stated in the Notice of Meeting together with the notes thereon.
The Directors namely Dato' Mohd Nor Bin Abdul Wahid, Mr. Fang Chew Ham and Mr. Chew Eng Chai who retire pursuant to Article 86 of the Articles of Association of the Company were duly re-elected as Directors of the Company.
The Director Mr. Tan Chon Sing @ Tan Kim Tieng who retire pursuant to Section 129(6) of the Companies Act 1965 was re-appointed as Director of the Company.
