We refer to the announcement made by OSK Investment Bank Berhad ("OSK") on behalf of the Board of Directors of TARB (“Board”) on 13 March 2008 in relation the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, OSK wishes to announce that the application to the Securities Commission (“SC”), SC (on behalf of Foreign Investment Committee), Ministry of International Trade and Industry and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on the Proposals have been submitted on 31 March 2008.
