Reference is made to the announcement of THREE-A RESOUCES BERHAD ("the Company") on 11 April 2007 in relation to the annual audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2006.

The Board of Directors wishes to inform the Exchange that the details of the "Opening Balance" and "Bought" column in the Interests of Directors in office at the end of the financial year in shares in the Company during the financial year as disclosed under Directors' Interest on page 3 of the Directors' Report of the aforesaid audited statement were erroneous and amendments have been made to rectify these errors. Details of these amendments made are as per Appendix 1 attached hereto.
