We refer to our announcement made on 12 July 2010 under reference No. CK-100712-50446 in relation to the purchase of 800,080 ordinary shares of RM0.20 each by Seong Chan Sauce & Foodstuff Sdn. Bhd. (which is equivalent to 0.216% of the total issued and paid up share capital of Three-A Resources Berhad (3A).

The Board of Directors of 3A wishes to inform the Exchange that the aforesaid announcement made on 12 July 2010 under reference No. CK-100712-50446 was wrongly announced as the percentage of shares held by Seong Chan Sauce & Foodstuff Sdn. Bhd. was only 0.216% and not 5% or exceeding 5% of the total issued and paid up share capital of 3A.

The Board of Directors of 3A wishes to inform the Exchange that as of 14 July 2010, Seong Chan Sauce & Foodstuff Sdn. Bhd. is not a substantial shareholder of 3A.
