We refer to the announcements dated 2 July 2010 and 7 July 2010 in respect of the Proposed Private Placement. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the earlier announcements.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”), AmInvestment Bank Berhad, a member of the AmInvestment Bank Group, (“AmInvestment Bank”) wishes to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of RM1.73 for the issuance of the new 3A Shares to third party investors pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.

The issue price represents a discount of 1 sen or 0.6% to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price (“VWAP”) of 3A Shares up to 6 July 2010 of RM1.74.

The payments from the placees are expected to be received within five (5) market days from the date of this announcement.
