On behalf of the Board of Directors of Three-A, AmMerchant Bank Berhad (a member of AmInvestment Group) (“AmMerchant Bank”) wishes to announce that pursuant to Rule 3.24 of the Revamped MESDAQ Market Listing Rule (“MMLR”), Three-A no longer requires a Sponsor upon the mutual agreement for cessation of the Sponsorship Agreement after 12 August 2006. Under the Rule 3.24 of the Revamped MMLR, listed companies are now required to maintain a Sponsor for the three (3) full financial years after admission. Three-A has complied with this requirement as it has retained a sponsor since its initial listing on 13 August 2002. The financial year end of the Company is on 31 December.
